You think this needs a caption?

People often say that you don’t need a lot of staff in a newspaper but if you keep getting rid of staff and keep getting rid of people who understand the concepts of page dimensions and so on, then you get the following sort of howlers happening as in (I believe) the August 29 Daily Express:

What I’m trying to work out is was it meant to be - ”finally”? Also wondering what editions it appeared in? (and presumably it’s a spoiler for The Sun carrying the serialisation of the Ant and Dec book).

Or perhaps this was a deliberate piece of sabotage by staff worried about their jobs?
