Monday saw a bunch of social media-related events. Most people couldn’t make them, so here’s a quick way of catching up on them all from your desk/chair/bath:

I’m sure you’re all using Twitter, so consider that step 1. Step 2 is go and chase these hashtags:

#w2e – that’s for the Web2 expo
#140conf – Monday’s Media 140 conference in London
#msm09 – Measuring Social Marketing/Media conference which took place on Monday in London
#bcuguest and #soe09 to round things out.

That pretty much covers a lot of recent thought in the area. It also shows that people are really into using Twitter for event commentary (but if everyone is tweeting, who is listening to the event?) and I’m off to check in a minute to see if anyone used Google Wave for the same.
